My classes are Vinyasa flow,a breath-led practice of asanas with structure & alignment. My aim is to retain a playfulness but to move energetically& dynamically. I will instruct and guide you safely but my aim is to allow you to use your intuition to allow you to connect with your body&mind and enjoy Yoga class! Yoga is a way of life and we can carry it off our mats to calm our busy lives!
