Refund & Cancellation Policy
General Cancellations
- 36 hours notice is required for the cancellation of single sessions. Missed sessions without the 36 hours cancellation notice will be charged as if attended.
- 96 hours notification is required for workshops and special events.
Medical Cancellations
- For prepaid blocks or subscriptions, cancellation is permitted where a student or group is not able to participate for medical reasons.
- A doctor’s note confirming that the student or group is not permitted to participate is required, and upon receipt, a refund will be processed.
