About Graham Keenan
While spending the last 25 years working in the health and fitness industry Graham has gained a wealth of experience, knowledge & understanding of physical movement patterns. In his classes he combines knowledge of exercise with yoga for all different types of people who want to increase their activity level, improve mobility, balance & flexibility in differing areas of the body – shoulders, non-specific low back pain & hips. Classes are smooth & steady with breath led postures so as to be low impact plus easy to follow along with.

Graham completed multiple styles of yoga training & enjoys both the relaxing gentle styles like Yin, Hatha & Restoritive yoga whilst also liking the challenge of more physically engaging styles of yoga such as Rocket, Ashtanga, flow & Aerial.
