Instructor

As a teacher of both yoga and Pilates, I love to weave the strength and stability of Pilates into the fluidity and elegance of yoga. I also teach a fusion of the two, known as Yogalates (pronounced yoga-lattes).

My teaching style is fun and relaxed, but with plenty of alignment cues to ensure safe and effective movement. Whether you are a seasoned attendee or new to class, you can expect a warm welcome to a beautiful practice of truly mindful movement.

Alongside teaching group classes at Live Love Yoga Studio, I also offer one-to-one sessions at North Down Chiropractic Clinic, 43 Gray’s Hill, Bangor.
