Beginners Yoga

Calling all newbies to yoga…join our Beginner’s Yoga class with Graham Keenan Tuesday! (non-newbies also welcome of course!)

  • Learn the basics of the key standing and floor based yoga postures.
  • Focus on breath work to release the respiratory diaphragm, mindful awareness and relaxation.
  • Refine your alignment and understanding.
  • Stay safe in postures.
  • EveryBODY can practice yoga…we give you the tools for your specific individual needs.

A single class is £8 and a 10 class pass is £70. Once purchased the 10 class pass can be used across all of our classes both indoors and outdoors in the future and are bookable online. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch should you have any issues or problems getting booked in.

Our timetable is subject to minor changes as we adapt to current social distancing regulations. You will be notified of these changes if they affect your booking via email. We regret that the prepaid monthly class membership is currently unavailable due to limited number of places available in the studio.
