Live Love Yoga was opened in 2014 by Graham Keenan. Deeply passionate about what he does and given the firm belief about the power and healing Yoga can bring to all, he is committed to ongoing studies, and loves nothing more than to share his knowledge.
As a small community we value everyone who comes & create a warm welcoming environment because we understand the effort it takes to schedule time out of your busy life to attend our classes so we help to make it a great experience you can gain both physical & mental benefits in your 1st class onwards.
We cater for everybody no matter where your at with your yoga practice.
All teachers are qualified first aiders, fully insured (of course!) and graham is trained to work with under 18s and adults at risk.
All equipment is provided for you so just bring yourself.
Graham Keenan
While spending the last 25 years working in the health and fitness industry, Graham has gained a wealth of experience, knowledge, and understanding of physical movement patterns. In his classes, he combines his knowledge of exercise with yoga for all different types of people who want to increase their activity level, improve mobility, balance, and flexibility in differing areas of the body – shoulders, non-specific low back pain, and hips. The classes are smooth and steady with breath-led postures, making them low impact and easy to follow along with.

Graham completed multiple styles of yoga training and enjoys both the relaxing gentle styles like Yin, Hatha, and Restorative yoga, while also liking the challenge of more physically engaging styles such as Rocket, Ashtanga, Flow, and Aerial.
Graham is a qualified personal trainer and has extensive qualifications including:
- Exercise Referral for medical conditions
- Gymnastics & Trampoline coach
- UK Strength and Conditioning Association (UKSCA) coach level 2
- Nordic walking instructor
- Nutritional Advice
