I first experienced the many benefits of yoga over ten years ago, attending a variety of classes and eventually establishing my own home practice. The practice of asana was an excellent low-impact form of cross-training when I was involved in the aerial arts.

Benefits of physical asana aside, time spent on the mat quickly became a way of switching off my mind and rebalancing my body. I knew I needed to learn more about what this ancient practice had to offer, so in September 2018, I began my Hatha Yoga Teacher Training course under the direction of Paddy Hamill at Santosha Yoga studio.

In May 2019, I qualified in this 200-hour diploma course and was excited to begin sharing the many benefits of yoga with others. After attending classes at Live Love Yoga for many years, I began teaching here in 2020 and have enjoyed every moment leading wonderful yogis within such a calming space.

Regulars and newbies attending my class can expect a Hatha Yoga Flow style that is breath-led and rhythmic, leading to a sense of union between the body, mind, and breath.
