Descriptive relaxation technique called ‘yoga Nidra’ in which we will talk you through areas of tension to release as the aerial yoga hammock wraps around your body giving you a feeling of support and comfort whilst enjoying the rest. Bring a blanket and some warm socks to stay cosy!!
