26&2 is the original hot yoga practice, consisting of a set sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises performed in a heated room (studio has infrared heat – 35 degrees it will rise to). The heat warms up your entire body, allowing for muscle relaxation and enabling deeper, more fluid stretching. The class includes a standing series followed by a floor series, with each posture performed twice. Breathing exercises at the beginning and end of the class enhance breath control, exercise the lungs, and promote energy circulation.
